When A Decision Is Made

Double check to make sure there is agreement to a specific and restated decision. The facilitator might say, "I would like to check again- it is my understanding that we reached agreement that we will meet on alternate Tuesdays at 7pm in Room 600. The exception to that will be next Tuesday when we will meet at 7:30. Is that agreed?"

When the agreement on any issue is made, clarify details and get agreement on implementation. Congratulate yourselves-literally. Shake hands, applaud, or take a deep breath. But do acknowledge that you have done it!
